This is an excellent opportunity for a talented leader who thrives in dynamic environments, understands operational excellence, and is passionate about developing high‑performing teams. **This is a remote role; however, we are only hiring candidates located in Guatemala or Mexico.Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST **English level required:** Advanced conversational English (C1\)What You Will Do * Supervise, guide, and support a team of call center agents to ensure outstanding customer service. * Monitor real‑time queues, call volume, service levels, and agent adherence to meet operational targets. * Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and weekly meetings focused on development. * Provide continuous feedback and training opportunities for team members. * Handle escalated or complex customer interactions when needed. * Analyze key performance metrics, including AHT, First Call Resolution, Adherence, and Quality Scores. * Prepare and deliver operational reports. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve issues and improve internal processes. * Foster a positive, supportive, and organized team environment. Required Skills and Experience * Previous experience as a call center agent. * Minimum of two years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor. * Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to analyze data and utilize CRM systems, phone platforms, and reporting dashboards. * Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work in fast‑paced environments. * Availability for rotating or extended schedules if needed. * Advanced English level (C1\). * Must have a valid **VISA** and availability to travel to the USA for client‑led training. * Must be located in **Guatemala or Mexico**.
