Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team, responsible for payroll calculation and management, as well as IMSS procedures and tax payments. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law A leading company in the recycling industry is looking for your talent — join our team as: PAYROLL SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: Education: Accounting or Finance. Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years. CONTPAQ system proficiency is mandatory. Availability to work full-time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Calculate payroll for all company employees. Manage and control personnel records (hires, terminations). Process IMSS modifications. Handle tax payments. Payroll-related taxes. Calculate tax withholdings. Manage electronic banking. Calculate severance payments. Required Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (a test will be administered). CONTPAQ system proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. We Offer: Statutory benefits + savings fund. Gross monthly salary of $14,000 / $16,000 (paid weekly). Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
