Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years. Mandatory CONTPAQ system proficiency. Full-time availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Calculation of payroll for all company employees. - Management and control of personnel records (hires, terminations). - IMSS-related modifications. - Tax payments. - Payroll-related taxes. - Calculation of tax withholdings. - Electronic banking operations. - Calculation of severance payments. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: - Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (practical test required). - CONTPAQ system proficiency (mandatory). - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. BENEFITS: - Statutory benefits + savings fund. - Gross monthly salary of $14,000–$16,000 (paid weekly). - Working schedule: Monday to Saturday.
