We employ over 800 people, operate a manufacturing center, and collaborate with strategic partners across Mexico and the United States. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in systems-related fields. * Knowledge of SAP modules. * Minimum 3 years of experience in support or systems roles. * Official SAP Master Data Training Course. * ERP (SAP) Navigation Course. **Job Mission** Responsible for managing master data operations in accordance with centralized administration guidelines, including organizing, creating materials, and ensuring their availability across various systems; documenting, training, classifying, synchronizing, and enriching master data according to established business rules, while implementing necessary controls to ensure data integrity, quality, and timeliness across the organization. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage incoming business requests, ensuring compliance with policies, definitions, rules, and standards set by the business for each system and SLA. * Analyze, monitor, and correct master data. * Enrich master data per centralized administration guidelines. * Document and update all processes related to master data operations and management. * Train teams involved in SKU ABM operational activities, guiding them on critical fields associated with the processes. * Participate as a Key User for the master data area in initiatives and/or projects, effectively generating data loads, validations, and certifications. * Report incidents or limitations in master data to the Master Data Governance Leader (backup), identifying root causes or reasons for anomalies. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Grocery vouchers (3%). * Year-end bonus (21 days). * Savings fund (6%). * School scholarships. * Major medical expense insurance.
