Job Description: Sales Representative for Mexico As a Sales Representative in Mexico, your responsibilities will include: • Customer Development and Maintenance (Telephone Development Emphasis) - Identify business opportunities in key sectors such as automotive, Internet of Things (IoT), and telecommunications; - Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), electronic manufacturing services (EMS) companies, and regional distributors. • Sales Objective Achievement - Develop and execute sales plans for the local market; - Closely monitor the entire sales cycle—from quotation and delivery to after-sales service—to ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Technical and Commercial Consulting - Stay current on market trends and new product developments; - Provide strategic advice to optimize technical performance and improve profitability. • Interdepartmental Collaboration - Work closely with logistics, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of customer-required solutions. Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, marketing, or related fields (though not mandatory); • Work Experience: Customer service experience is valued, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Languages: Native Spanish; fluent spoken and written English, capable of managing daily commercial communications and technical exchanges; • Results Orientation: Proactive, highly execution-oriented, and motivated to achieve ambitious goals; • Analysis and Negotiation: Ability to identify customer needs and negotiate complex commercial contracts; • Professional Image: Excellent professional attitude, interpersonal skills, and high ethical standards.
