Service-oriented attitude and teamwork **DEX HUNTERS is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colonia Juárez \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT TORRE REFORMA LATINO POSITION: Maintenance Technician LOCATION: Torre Reforma Latino BOROUGH: Cuauhtémoc REQUIREMENTS High school diploma completed. Experience: 3 years in general maintenance (painting, finishing, corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities). Technical knowledge: electrical, electronic, plumbing and sanitation, air conditioning Valid and up-to-date documentation RESPONSIBILITIES Execute the assigned work plan for facility maintenance Switching lights and chillers on and off Inspect sanitary installations, water levels in tanks, and chlorination Install and remove furniture for marketing events Install and remove seasonal materials and decorations Request elevator and freight elevator maintenance upon any malfunction Perform masonry, carpentry, welding and cutting, painting, drywall, and ceiling work Clean sumps and grease traps. Maintain indoor and outdoor fountains Service-oriented attitude and teamwork. WE OFFER Direct employment contract with the company. Salary: $14,000 gross per month. Bi-weekly payments via BBVA. Statutory benefits from day one.
