Efficient asset management and early fault detection **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Maintenance Reliability Operations Technician** You will be responsible for **leading the predictive maintenance strategy**, focused on **lubrication and vibration analysis**, ensuring the **availability of critical equipment (kilns and mills)** at the lowest possible cost through **early fault detection and efficient asset management**. **Your key challenges will be:** * Guarantee operational availability of critical equipment in the plant * Detect faults proactively using condition-based maintenance (vibration and oil analysis) * Standardize and optimize lubrication programs: selection and standardization of lubricants (greases and oils) * Establish lubrication methods and techniques (procedures for oil changes, relubrication, refills) * Collect technical operational condition data for lubricant selection * Maintain updated and accessible lubricant technical data sheets * Establish maximum and minimum lubricant and filter levels * Manage warehouse inventory and verify storage conditions in coordination with procurement * Plan activities during kiln shutdowns * Ensure compliance with waste disposal procedures * Manage and lead field operations teams (unionized personnel) * Meet key performance indicators such as: * Equipment availability * MTBF * Preventive maintenance compliance * Balance cost versus reliability in operations **Work Location:** Orizaba Cement Plant, Veracruz · **Rotating schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with availability to work overtime when required by operations. · **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree (completed) * **Experience:** Predictive maintenance, industrial lubrication (greases and oils), vibration analysis (Level 1, 2 or 3\) * **Experience in heavy industry:** Cement, mining, metallurgy, energy, or heavy manufacturing **Technical Knowledge:** · Lubrication (Level 1 and/or 2\) · Vibrations (Level 1, 2 or 3\) We seek individuals who wish to build a long-term career with us, are willing to continuously train, and demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and respect for collaborative work standards. **DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** Language: * English (Desirable) License/Certification: * Lubrication (Level 1 and/or 2\) (Desirable) * Vibrations (Level 1, 2 or 3\) (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
