**Integra Estrategias is seeking a Maintenance Manager in León, Guanajuato** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading company in its sector is looking for your talent as: MAINTENANCE MANAGER** ***Objective:*** The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the company’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and continuous operation. They must guarantee that facilities and equipment operate within safety, quality, and efficiency standards, minimizing downtime and repair costs. Their role includes managing resources and work teams, as well as implementing appropriate maintenance programs to ensure the company’s safe and uninterrupted operation. ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for facilities, machinery, and equipment, ensuring all assets remain operational and in good condition. * Manage and coordinate the team of maintenance technicians and operators, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Promote continuous training and professional development of the team. * Ensure regular preventive maintenance is carried out to avoid unexpected failures. Supervise equipment repairs when failures occur, guaranteeing minimal disruption to operations. * Administer the assigned maintenance budget, controlling operational costs, spare parts, and materials, and optimizing resource utilization. * Supervise inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring sufficient stock is always available for maintenance activities and preventing interruptions due to supply shortages. * Propose and implement improvements to maintenance systems and equipment to optimize processes, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency. * Ensure all maintenance work complies with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safety-conscious culture within the team. * Investigate and analyze recurring equipment and system failures, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence and optimizing maintenance processes. * Generate periodic reports on maintenance activities, equipment and facility conditions, and incident or repair reports.
