DESCRIPTION **FINANCE COORDINATOR** **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, completed with degree certificate and professional license. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar coordination role. Experience in personnel management. **Responsibilities**: Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, control and analyze variances. Review profitability by business line, by client, and by project. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for Management, ensuring consistency and timeliness. Control cash flows, liquidity, and financial commitments. Coordinate and provide operational support to the finance-administration team. Validate operational expenses against the approved budget. Authorize invoicing and collections. Monitor the annual budget.
