JOIN OUR TEAM AT HOTEL SHOPS! · We are seeking a Process Intern to support the development, updating, and management of processes, policies, and learning content through deployment of required documentation and information, as well as auditing compliance with procedures and evaluating outcomes of teaching and learning processes implemented both in-person and remotely. · REQUIREMENTS: Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Business. Proficiency in digital design software for visual content (Canva and Adobe Express). Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Strong writing and spelling abilities. Good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop internal communication campaigns. Create missing campaign web spaces. Deploy scheduled campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, TEAMS, Email). Analyze campaign consumption metrics on the web. · WE OFFER: Monthly stipend of $4,000. Uniform. Practical experience at a well-recognized company in the retail sector.
