Job Summary: We are seeking a home caregiver to assist patients with low-to-moderate complexity in personal care, feeding, mobility, and treatment administration. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible shifts of 8, 12, or 24 hours 2. Services assigned near your area 3. Weekly payments DUTIES AND PROFILE OF A HOME CAREGIVER Patient with low-to-moderate complexity 1\) Personal Care A. Assist patient with shower or sponge bath B. Skin lubrication C. Assistance with dressing and footwear D. Oral hygiene E. Request cleaning of the patient’s room 2\) Feeding 1 A. Verify that the diet matches the one prescribed by the nutritionist or treating physician B. Bring food tray to the patient C. Assist patient in eating meals 3\) Elimination A. Support patient’s transfer to the toilet or commode chair B. Place comforter or urinal if required C. Diaper changes if there is no sphincter control D. Necessary manual disimpaction 4\) Mobility A. Assistance with ambulation B. Position changes 5\) Activity and Rest A. Ensure patient performs prescribed exercises B. Assist with active and passive exercises C. Respect patient’s sleep 6\) Therapeutic Applications A. Verify medical instructions B. Apply safety measures C. Work according to international nursing goals and standards D. Implement the four principles of nursing E. Monitor patient’s medication intake F. Request family members to keep required medications and supplies ready G. Properly complete the caregiver’s clinical record H. Communication with patient, family, physician, and company I. We offer: Rotating shifts of **8, 12, or** 24 hrs (you may coordinate your schedule) Services assigned **near your area** **Weekly payments** Primarily in-home shifts Ideal as primary or secondary employment Below are the rates; caregiver payments are: **8 hours: $370 plus $24 transportation assistance.** **12 hours: $410 plus $26 transportation assistance.** **24 hours: $820 plus $50 transportation assistance.** All amounts are tax-free; payments are made weekly on Saturdays during daytime hours. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $11,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
