Preparation of Financial Statements using Contpaqi An accounting services and tax consulting company is seeking an Accountant with the following qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, including official degree certificate and professional license · Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) Proven experience in Accounting Firms Responsibilities: * Electronic accounting, filing of referenced taxes, DIOT, SUA, calculation of federal and payroll taxes, preparation of tax returns * Recording and verifying accounting entries and transactions in the system across multiple companies * Bank reconciliations * Expense analysis * Generation of financial statements using Contpaqi * Assisting in preparing tax working papers (monthly and annual) * Supporting general departmental activities and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor * Handling and tracking procedures with government authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) until completion Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Experience: * General Accounting: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
