* Position Name: Inventory Auditor SLP * Direct Supervisor: Inventory Analyst * Contribution Level: Support * Department: Administration * Location: SLP **Job Objective**: Audit and review the physical count of merchandise conducted by the Store Leader during the inventory process to determine actual stock levels and provide reliable information that will serve as the basis for store performance results, commercial commission payments, inventory control, and the integrity of accounting records. **Key Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and ensure timely submission of inventory information at month-end to support prompt decision-making. * Complete the store permission shielding survey to identify opportunities and establish tracking and management mechanisms. * Conduct in-store inventory counts using handheld devices and transmit data to detect merchandise shortages and/or overages, enabling resolution and preventing recurrence. **Key Decisions**: * Request opening of tombola cash registers to perform cash audits. * Train store teams and report risks related to inventory and cash handling in stores. **Requirements**: * Education: High School Diploma (Certified) / Bachelor's Degree or Engineering (in progress, incomplete, or completed) * Preferred prior experience: Active store associate, materials handler, warehouse staff. * Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Mobility requirement: Availability to travel from San Luis Potosí to Jalpan, Diamante, Matehuala, and Río Verde zones (once per month, with one-week accommodation in out-of-town locations). * Competencies: Systems thinking, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation, Effective Interpersonal Relationships.
