Opportunity for continuous development within a family-owned company **Summary** Job Objective: The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising the production process in the company, ensuring products are manufactured according to quality standards, established deadlines, and optimal use of available resources. This role requires coordinating teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively. **Duties and Responsibilities** Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage the production plan according to demand and available resources. Coordinate production timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Set production priorities, considering urgency and delivery schedules. Production Process Supervision: Supervise production staff to ensure compliance with quality specifications and established procedures. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment. Address any incidents arising during the production process. Human Resource Management: Coordinate and assign tasks to the production team, ensuring efficient personnel utilization. Promote a safe, motivated, and committed work environment. Train and develop team members on machinery operation, processes, and safety regulations. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process. Coordinate with the quality department to conduct tests and adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with quality regulations and standards. Inventory Control: Ensure availability of materials and supplies for production. Monitor and control raw material and work-in-process inventories. Track purchase orders and receipt of supplies. Reporting: Prepare production reports, including progress updates, deviations, and operational issues. Report to the administrative department on target achievement and production needs. Continuous Improvement: Participate in identifying and improving production processes. Propose changes to optimize costs, production times, and quality.
