Education: Engineering (related disciplines) 2 years of experience in a similar role Objective: Design, implement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives under Lean Manufacturing to optimize processes, reduce waste, increase productivity, and foster an organizational culture focused on operational efficiency and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Coordinate weekly Lean Team meetings, ensuring they are held on time and that information is updated by leaders. \* Audit the completion of visual boards and 5S assessments. \* Coordinate Lean fundamentals audits (layered audits). \* Coordinate with SOM Champions to deliver training to division cells. \* Present SOM progress to the division Core Team and Corporate Core Team via the Black Book Lean. \* Ensure group leaders update cell productivity metrics, 5S measurements, NCRs, and maintenance-related downtime. \* Maintain updated Value Stream Maps (VSM) for cells to identify process waste. \* Manage Kaizen events within the division. \* Self-directed project management. **Competencies:** Lean Six Sigma methodology, Lean Manufacturing: Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, among others. Process mapping and redesign, continuous improvement project management. **Skills:** Negotiation, dynamic, proactive, leadership, sense of urgency.
