You will also support the Lead in ensuring the acquisition of the highest quality services at the best price through negotiations, bidding processes, and contracts with suppliers. **What you'll do:** Execute material and services sourcing strategies in local and regional environments to manage site facilities. Develop category plans to provide visibility into the spend of each managed subcategory. Ensure savings through regional sourcing projects and align with regional compliance standards. Negotiations and procurement based on facilities management trends. Execution of RFPs, RFQs, CAPEX, and OPEX procurements, such as waste management services, cleaning, fumigation, floor maintenance, electrical and mechanical maintenance in offices, manufacturing plants, and critical facilities, HVAC maintenance, and HVAC asset replacement, among others. Effective risk management and compliance with all suppliers in the portfolio: administration of contracts, bids, liability policies, and complete vendor dossiers before performing services or purchasing materials. Other tasks may be assigned. **What you need:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, including at least 2 years in a coordinating role managing tenders, contracts, etc. Advanced English proficiency is essential. Experience in Latin America. Intermediate Portuguese (preferred). Experience in service\-oriented companies (preferred). Why CBRE?
