A leading company in the sector is seeking a PCP Services Coordinator. **Position Objective** Ensure the planning, preparation, and control of preventive maintenance, installation, and uninstallation services, meeting SLAs, quality standards, and committed deadlines, guaranteeing operational continuity and enabling customer approval (Vo.Bo.) for billing. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule services (calendar, priorities, routes). * Assign and coordinate technicians based on workload and skills. * Manage materials, spare parts, and logistics. * Validate startup conditions (Go/No Go). * Track execution and resolve deviations. * Ensure documentation, deliverables, and customer approval (Vo.Bo.) for billing. * Monitor KPIs and propose operational improvements. **Profile** * 3+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technical services. * Experience in planning, logistics, and personnel management. * Results-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving. **We Offer** * Salary: $25,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund If you are interested, apply through this channel.
