Efficiently administer resources and ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the proper administration of assigned personnel across services within their zone. * Support procurement and/or requests for uniforms. * Submit personnel termination requests for assigned services. * Maintain physical and digital records of incident lists for each service within their zone. * Review payroll budgets assigned to each cost center/service within their zone. * Report, at each payroll cutoff, personnel who do not generate payment and the reasons for this situation. * Keep updated information regarding assigned cost centers in their zone: headcount, pay period, shift changes, position changes, operational coordinator assignment, etc. * Submit monthly incident reports to reconcile services with clients requiring such reports. * Review evidence for special tasks (deep cleaning, fumigation, etc.). * Monitor daily attendance records, reporting daily progress according to platform percentage. * Record administrative expenses (transportation services, telecommunications, fumigation, laundry, cafeteria). * Generate and manage monthly submission of punctuated SUA reports for clients requiring them. **Accountabilities:** * Audit and review shifts and rest days assigned to services. * Implement personnel reassignments to other cost centers. * Process requested personnel terminations. * Generate final settlement requests and follow up on payment. * Send responsibility letters for personnel to services requiring them. * Audit whether positions assigned to services match those authorized in the internal budget. * Control the payroll budget assigned to each service. * Process incidents for pre-payroll registration. * Deliver records and supporting documents required for system-based payroll processing. * Clarify personnel questions and concerns regarding payroll payments. * Retrieve signed and stamped attendance lists from clients requiring them. * Control the budget and administrative expenses for the assigned zone (uniforms, supplies, travel allowances). **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Experience with payroll systems (NOI or similar preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. ### **We Offer** **Salary: $14,000 net per month** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM** **Statutory benefits from day one** **Opportunity for professional growth and development** **Stable, inclusive work environment focused on well-being** **Subsidized cafeteria** **AT ECODELI INDUSTRIAL S.A.
