What Will Make You Successful... **Ideal Candidate:** Technical degree (Electromechanical Technician, Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, synchronous belts, mechanical gearboxes, bottle filling and packaging machinery; knowledge of welding and use of hand and power tools; familiarity with emergency response plans; basic knowledge of SAP, AMM, and computer operation. A Day in the Life of... **You will be responsible for:** Executing predictive maintenance tasks via diagnostics, as well as preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities under the AMM framework (e.g., notification of alerts, creation of work orders), to maintain equipment in optimal operating condition and ensure uninterrupted production. Implementing improvements that extend the service life of equipment and systems, thereby safeguarding the plant’s fixed assets. Receiving and effectively carrying out instructions from the on-duty M\&I Coordinator regarding activities, functions, and responsibilities specific to your specialty; this requires training and successful completion of corresponding theoretical–practical assessments for this position, aligned with manufacturing program requirements, schedules, and defined roles—and also contributing your knowledge and experience to peer training. Understanding the effects and consequences of unproductive or substandard work, in order to implement corrective or improvement actions addressing any type of waste—material, energy, or human resources.
