




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in administration, recruitment, training, and regulatory compliance to manage the HR department. Key Highlights: 1. Lead personnel administration and HR processes. 2. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and ISO standards. 3. Coordinate staff training and development. \* Position: HR Manager \* Experience: Over 2 years in this role \* Benefits: As mandated by law \* Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday \* Salary: MXN 25,000 gross per month, plus benefits Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field (degree required) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources administration Minimum 2 years of employment stability Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, training and development, and mandatory regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor, etc. (verifiable), as well as ISO standards Proficiency in Word and Excel Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and termination of personnel \- Personnel administration, tracking and recording of incidents \- Coordinate the DNC (National Training Directory), schedule training, and register training activities on the STPS platform \- Administer activities to ensure compliance with STPS and Civil Protection requirements \- Manage the HR department in accordance with ISO standards and support certification audits.
