Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with experience in recruitment, psychometric testing, performance evaluations, and labor relations management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel and labor relations management 2. Responsible for recruitment and performance evaluations 3. Handling of labor regulations (LFT, IMSS) Human Resources Manager REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of application and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Knowledge of posting job vacancies on various websites. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. * Knowledge of performance evaluations. * Follow-up on incidents. * Attendance and bonus control. * Management of recruitment sources. * Knowledge of LFT, IMSS, etc. FUNCTIONS: * Recruitment of operational and administrative staff. * Administration of psychometric tests. * Performance evaluations. * Personnel file management. * Obtaining employment references. * Labor relations. * Onboarding of new employees. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs. Work Location: 5 minutes from Paseo Destino Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
