Promote a positive, high-performance work environment **Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator** We are seeking a proactive and people\-oriented **Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator** responsible for overseeing and strengthening HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting a positive, high\-performance work environment. **Location:** Castro del Río Industrial Park, Irapuato, Guanajuato **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal company policies. * Collaborate with management to implement Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives. * Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement. * Develop, analyze, and monitor HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Support talent development initiatives, labor relations, and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law. * Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. * Advanced English proficiency. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sueldo: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Seguro de vida * Vales de despensa Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
