Trains and develops personnel for corporate growth. **Primary Responsibility:** Manage human and material resources, coordinating activities to ensure the poultry fattening process according to established procedures and budget, thereby meeting established production indicators. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate human and material resources in poultry production units to efficiently achieve production indicators. * Coordinate and ensure activities in poultry fattening processes to meet production KPIs. * Validate and document poultry fattening processes to ensure flock health. * Supervise and verify compliance with biosecurity standards and good manufacturing practices to guarantee flock health. * Train and develop personnel to achieve growth for both individuals and the company.
