Interdepartmental collaboration for merchandise delivery **Customer Service Coordinator (Tláhuac)** Profile: * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Marketing, or related field (degree completed) * **Experience**: 2 years in a similar position; experience in distribution companies or chemical sector companies is preferred. * **Knowledge**: Customer service techniques, electronic invoicing, logistics, purchase order placement process\- order processing * **Skills**: ERP system proficiency, intermediate Office suite skills * We seek candidates with customer orientation, team management capability, assertive communication, self-control, teamwork, and stress tolerance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise customer service department operations * Manage order and customer requirement tracking * Maintain smooth communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams * Ensure customer satisfaction * Collaborate with shipping, transportation, and warehouse departments to guarantee correct merchandise delivery * Measure and report departmental performance (metrics, KPIs) **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $16,500 * Statutory benefits * Commission scheme * Additional benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30; Friday, 08:30–15:00, on-site basis * Work location: Tláhuac At Sintoquim, we respect and value diversity.
