Development of processes and systems to ensure Group stability **\*\*ADMINISTRATION MANAGER\*\*** * **Business Type:** Distributor * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site * **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla de Baz (\*Reference: Near Mexibús Periférico Station) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month We are seeking a professional responsible for optimizing the company’s human and material resources, maximizing profitability, safeguarding the company and its partners against tax, legal, and labor risks, and enhancing transportation efficiency. **\*REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field * Proficiency in English * Age between 30 and 45 years * Knowledge of: Basic accounting; Tax calculation; Financial statement interpretation; Cash flow management; Process and profile evaluation; Obligations of a Mexican S.A. de C.V.; Basic knowledge of heavy machinery; Basic Human Resources processes; Basic Transportation processes. **\*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Protect the company in tax matters. * Validate Group insurance policies. * Authorize wire transfers. * Optimize cash flow control. * Review sales contracts with special conditions. * Authorize biweekly, weekly, and benefits payroll. * Authorize financing for sales closings with special conditions. * Verify property regulations. * Review machinery import documentation. * Assist in developing processes and systems in collaboration with Internal Audit. * Report results. * Ensure legal and tax compliance for the company and Group partners. * Monitor and make decisions based on indicators and reports related to accounting, finance, human capital, and transportation to ensure Group stability. **\*WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $45,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Performance and profit-sharing bonus * Paid birthday leave * Access to company-provided training courses and workshops.
