At Pernod Ricard, your safety and well-being are our top priority. **Position Objective** Lead the planning, execution, and closure of investment projects (CAPEX), ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and safe delivery aligned with business strategy. Ensure technical and operational development of implemented solutions. Guarantee proper resource management, process standardization, and value generation through efficient and sustainable projects. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Plan and manage the annual portfolio of investment projects (CAPEX). Ensure accurate definition of scope, budgets, schedules, and feasibility analysis. 2\. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental regulations, and applicable legal requirements. 3\. Monitor project performance KPIs (time, cost, quality, variances). 4\. Supervise correct application of engineering standards (mechanical, electrical, control, civil, process, etc.). 5\. Evaluate installed capacity versus production demand in the short term (2 years), medium term (5 years), and long term (7 years). 6\. Manage contractors, suppliers, and external services. 7\. Control actual costs versus authorized budget. 8\. Implement project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean, Early Equipment Management, etc.). 9\. Responsible for developing project execution schedules and detailed payment plans, anticipating risks and critical paths to ensure timely delivery, and communicating progress and deviations. 10\. Lead execution of industrial projects (facilities, processes, utilities, infrastructure). 11\. Responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (QSE, Production, Maintenance, Packaging), collaborating closely with internal customers to optimize timelines and resources for optimal engineering project execution. 12\. Identify opportunities for process and asset optimization and continuous improvement. 13\. Coordinate with Procurement, Legal & Finance teams for equipment & service selection, tendering processes, and contractual definitions for projects. **Position Profile** Education: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field). Master’s degree preferred. Language: English (able to lead meetings and executive reporting). Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred; facilitator of the EEM pillar or equivalent.
