We have experienced sustained growth across multiple divisions; therefore, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager at our facilities in Mexico City (CDMX). **About your role**: You will be responsible for directing, organizing, and managing the distribution center; ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while optimizing costs and timelines to meet the company’s operational objectives. **Why join us?** We focus on people and their professional development — with us, you can: Collaborate with the national and international medical technology ecosystem, partnering with leading brands. * Operational autonomy in managing new technologies, processes, or implementing best practices. * Training on diverse innovative technologies for the medical sector. * Excellent work environment, medium-term career development, and job stability. **Our offer** Financial stability and solidity, genuine professional development and growth, plus challenging opportunities to foster advancement — our offer includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 25,000 per month (net), direct employment contract, statutory benefits, and food vouchers. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work location**: Offices (Colonia del Valle, 10 minutes from Metro 20 de Noviembre, Green Line) **What we seek?** * Over 5 years of experience as: Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Director. * Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 5 years as Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, including team leadership and external supplier management. * 5 years in warehouse administration (product inventory management, SDK handling, stock counts, registration of new products, quality inspection, etc.) and order fulfillment (material dispatch for shipping, verification of specifications and requirements, release, packaging, palletizing, and delivery dispatch). * 5 years conducting cyclical and annual inventory audits, inter-warehouse transfers, and preparing physical and cyclical inventories aligned with system records. * 5 years in personnel administration: Supervision of staff including supervisors, *pickers*, and forklift operators. * Shift control: Scheduling planning, guard duty assignments, and overtime management according to seasonal demand. Performance evaluation: Implementation of individual and group productivity-based incentives. Conflict resolution. * Technical knowledge: Lean Logistics methodologies, 5S, ABC inventory control, and occupational safety regulations. * Legal compliance: Adherence to occupational safety regulations (OSHA/STPS) and hazardous waste or material handling protocols. * Fleet management: Coordination of preventive maintenance for forklifts, hydraulic pallet jacks, lifting equipment, RF terminals, barcode scanners, *Voice Picking* systems, thermal printers, counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, and electric pallet jacks. * Proficiency in designing and managing control dashboards (Dashboards) and KPI tracking.
