Monitoring and supervision of projects, both financially and in terms of construction execution (including budget preparation, construction planning, project-specific contract drafting, etc.). 2\. Supervision of construction execution according to schedule, quality, and cost; control of contractor payments and client billing based on construction progress; delivery of completed projects. 3\. Compliance with construction regulations (NOM and NTC), architectural design for this type of projects, as well as their approval by COFEPRIS and SEMARNAT. 4\. Client and supplier relations; supervision and training of personnel. 5\. Document management and full cost management. 6\.
