Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and the building, ensuring industrial safety. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment and building maintenance. 2. Knowledge of mechanics, welding, hydraulics, and electricity. 3. Focus on industrial safety and STPS regulations. At Plastitrim, we manufacture plastic products for industry and home use; due to our growth, we are looking for: Infrastructure Technician Main Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance on Service Equipment according to established procedures. * Perform corrective maintenance on the building and equipment according to established procedures. * Assist with activities related to the Mechanical Maintenance Department. * Monitor Services and complete the plant’s operational status logbook. * Maintain industrial safety by servicing monitoring and control devices. * Maintain the building in accordance with applicable STPS regulations. Specific Knowledge Requirements: * Knowledge of mechanics. * Working at heights. * Welding work (intermediate \- advanced). * Spray painting and handling of epoxy paint. * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, chillers / air conditioning. * Use of hand tools (drill, grinder, soldering iron, multimeter). * Basic interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams. * Civil works (basic \- intermediate). Position Type: Full-time Salary: $17,400 monthly gross, broken down as follows: * **Base Salary**: $14,200 monthly. * **Food Vouchers**: $925 monthly. * **Savings Fund**: $977 monthly. * **Bonus**: $1,300 monthly (for punctuality, attendance, and productivity).
