**JOB MISSION:** Ensure continuous, efficient, and standardized operation of audio systems for background music across various branches through proper installation, timely preventive and corrective maintenance, and precise asset management—thereby guaranteeing sound quality, proper equipment preservation, and compliance with internal guidelines, ultimately delivering an optimal customer experience and safeguarding company assets. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install and configure audio systems in new stores. * Replace installations in existing stores due to damage or technological upgrades. * Ensure uniform background music ambiance according to company guidelines. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on audio equipment at branches. * Respond to and follow up on incidents reported by stores. * Replace or repair equipment or components when necessary. * Manage and update audio asset records. * Register equipment additions, disposals, and inter-branch transfers. * Physically verify that store equipment matches inventory records. * Report equipment damage, shortages, obsolescence, or misuse. * Conduct supervisory visits to validate the condition and correct usage of audio systems. * Provide basic training to store staff on equipment usage and care. * Prepare branch-specific audio system status reports. * Report requirements for equipment replacement, upgrades, or investment. * Knowledge and experience handling high-end audio brands such as Bose, JBL, Labgruppen, or Sony. * General maintenance of speaker enclosures and grilles, as well as other components—including painting, sanding, and soldering cables for connectors, among others. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Technical degree in electronics, or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in engineering or electronics. * Ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles (valid driver’s license). Availability for travel as required by operations. * **KNOWLEDGE:** * Audio system installation and configuration. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of audio equipment. * Knowledge of electronics, wiring, and connections. * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Asset and inventory control. * Electrical safety knowledge. * Installation and configuration of ceiling-mounted speakers for background audio. * Operation and adjustment of power amplifiers. * Use of equalizers for background music tuning. * Correct adjustment of power, connections, and volume for audio equipment. * Sound system wiring and connections. * Technical fault diagnosis in audio equipment. **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency with ambient music software or players. * Basic knowledge of networks or connectivity (when audio relies on internet). * Use of basic tools (multimeter, cable tester). * Control and standardization of music platforms. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Uniform. * Life insurance. * Food vouchers. * Collaborative work environment and professional development opportunities.
