Hybrid work arrangement and Monday-to-Friday schedule **Komatsu is looking for talent like you!** We are a globally recognized Japanese company focused on construction, mining, forestry, and industrial machinery ***with CORPORATE OFFICE located in SANTA FE***; we are seeking: **ERP ANALYST** **IDEAL PROFILE:** * Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge and understanding of financial concepts to facilitate problem analysis and/or requirements gathering. * Experience in requirements analysis — minimum 2 years in requirements gathering, with strong analytical capability. * Familiarity with Microsoft platform programming. * Experience with SAP S/4 Hana * Basic ABAP knowledge (LSMW / BDC, SAP Notes, Variants, Release of **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control of work plans, assignment and prioritization of tasks. * Ensure business continuity according to priorities established by management. * Understand new issues and requests from Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources departments. * Prepare technical documentation for requirements gathering. * Ensure understanding and resolution of new ERP issues or requests. * Provide support to key users. * Decision Making: * Keep the Project Manager and/or Department Manager informed; resolve issues and mitigate risks. * Maintain communication and coordination to schedule maintenance windows and infrastructure installations. * Coordinate changes promptly to minimize impact on users and other software applications—specifically the ERP. * Escalate issues to vendors with clear, accurate understanding of the reported problem. * Address audit-related requests. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Monday-to-Friday schedule and hybrid work model. * Career development plan.
