A prominent pawnshop with over 30 years in the market is seeking **A Systems Engineer with experience in programming and technical support** ***Requirements:*** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Experience in technical support, networking, and server administration. * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtualization tools. * Knowledge of virtual machines. ***Skills:*** * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor system operations and functionality. * Participate in the implementation of new systems, modifications, or functionalities. * Provide technical support to users. **Preventive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment and enterprise servers.** * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * MySQL database backups. * Deliver professional and friendly customer service. * Experience with SoftRestaurant and Contpaq systems. * Document incidents and solutions in knowledge bases. ***We Offer:*** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Weekly salary payment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Availability for weekend remote work and holidays. ***Interested candidates may apply through this channel.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
