This position directly contributes to reducing operational turnover and strengthening team stability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations—completed or in progress. * Residence near the work location. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operational recruitment and selection. * Onboarding and integration. * Employee follow-up and retention. * Training and development. * Performance evaluation. * Personnel administration. * Internal communication and recognition. * Critical day-to-day activities. **WE OFFER:** * Gross salary: $20,000 \- $22,000\. * Statutory benefits.
