We are seeking: **Maintenance Manager** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in this role. * Experience in manufacturing. * Employment stability. **Knowledge:** * Development of annual preventive maintenance programs. * Electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic installations. * Preparation of annual budgets. * Industrial sheet metal work. * Operation and repair of electric and gas industrial furnaces. * Maintenance of electrical substations. * Personnel management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure and guarantee proper operation of company machinery. * Prepare the department’s annual maintenance budget. * Manage personnel under direct supervision. * Develop the annual corrective maintenance program. * Prevent machinery downtime. * Comply with integrated safety standards and procedures, as well as the organization’s established Quality Management Systems. **Skills:** * Results-oriented. * Strategic planning. * Ability to implement improvements. * Sense of urgency. * Team management. **Employment Offer:** * Salary from $ 30,000\.00 to $ 35,000\.00, commensurate with experience and skills. * Enhanced benefits including grocery vouchers, life insurance, savings fund, and support in case of death of first-degree family members, etc. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturday availability. * Work location: Tláhuac, CDMX.
