Empathetic and professional communication Instituto Universitario del Centro de México is seeking a Student Support Executive responsible for delivering prompt and high-quality support to the student community via telephone channels, resolving inquiries, managing academic/administrative requests, and ensuring timely follow-up—all aimed at ensuring student satisfaction and retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from students and prospective students. * Resolve common inquiries regarding academic processes (enrollment, payments, courses, administrative procedures). * Route requests to the appropriate departments. * Follow up on tickets or cases until resolution. * Record interactions in internal systems. * Identify recurring issues and report them accordingly. * Meet service metrics (response time, quality, satisfaction). * Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (administrative or related fields preferred). * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * Basic PC and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Excellent diction and spelling. * Availability for morning shifts. **We Offer** * Base salary: $4,725 biweekly * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
