Position Summary: UNITELLER DE MÉXICO is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to identify deposits, prepare reports, and contact agents for balance follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification and application of bank deposits 2. Preparation and updating of collection reports 3. Contacting agents for balance follow-up and collection **UNITELLER DE MÉXICO** is an international money transfer company with presence in the United States, Latin America, and Asia. **SENIOR COLLECTIONS ANALYST** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and apply deposits received at various banks * Prepare collection reports for agents * Update and review collection (AR) reports daily * Contact agents for follow-up and collection of outstanding balances * Review list of new agents * Generate and process the Smart List report * Prepare reports for agents using ACH payment method **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Technical degree in Accounting, Economics, or Administration **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Salary: $16,897.00 MXN * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits ***ADDITIONAL BENEFITS*** * Savings fund * 30 days of year-end bonus * Annual performance bonus * Udemy for Business for your personal and professional development. **LOCATION** Padre Mier corner with Galeana, Monterrey City Center
