We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **Maintenance Assistant** **Job Objective:** To provide preventive and corrective maintenance to building facilities, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, common areas, and general services, thereby maintaining safe, functional, and optimal spaces. **Main Functions and Activities:** * General building maintenance. * Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance reports. * Support conservation and improvement works for facilities. * Identify and report facility failures or damages. * Support general maintenance activities**.** **Requirements:** * Experience in plumbing. * Education level: High school diploma. * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance. * Service-oriented attitude and responsibility**.** **Competencies and Skills:** * Teamwork. * Organization. * Service-oriented attitude. * Problem solving. * Effective communication. **Knowledge:** * Electromechanics. * Plumbing. * Electricity (basic). * Basic use of maintenance tools. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits Work Location: **Tijuana, B.C.** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM** Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.
