We are seeking to develop new talent for the Operations area in the Metropolitan Area. **Requirements:** * Experience in **industrial safety and hygiene** * Knowledge of **risk identification and safety analysis** * Strong communication skills in field settings * Compliance with safety regulations (STPS) * Basic proficiency in Office software for report management **Knowledge:** * Mexican Official Standards (**NOM-STPS**) * Use and management of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** * Preparation of **risk analysis (IPER)** * Safe work procedures * Incident and unsafe condition reporting * Safety in high-risk tasks (heights, electricity, hot work) **Education:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in a related field (Preferred) **Licenses/Certifications:** * DC-3 in safety and hygiene (Preferred) * First aid certification (Preferred) Salary: $18,000.00 - $18,001.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
