We are seeking a **Logistics Leader who participates on-site and supervises the logistics crew** ***We are looking for a Logistics Leader for a temporary project (with potential for an indefinite-term contract upon project completion). The project ends in December 2026\.*** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary school or high school. * At least 1–2 years of experience as a field supervisor, logistics supervisor, or maintenance supervisor. * Ability to drive cars and/or pickup trucks with manual and automatic transmissions. * Experience traveling within Mexico City. * Knowledge of Mexico City’s routes. * Experience interacting with suppliers and managing teams. Knowledge: * Mobile phone usage. * Proficiency with Google Maps or Waze. * WhatsApp usage. **Responsibilities:** **Team coordination regarding:** * Operational supervision: review operational staff appearance (uniform, grooming, safety equipment). * Operational control and transportation: ensure service delivery meets standards (timeliness, quality, scope), supervise schedule and field crew flow, and be responsible for transporting the team. * Personnel: supervise punctuality and attendance. * Goals and results: achieve daily crew targets, verify service orders against the plan. * Taking photographs and generating reports. * Project progress tracking, personnel management, contractor follow-up, supplier coordination. * Logbooks and progress tracking. * Schedules and administrative procedures with government agencies. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Team management. * Strong verbal communication. * Execution-oriented and results-driven. * Proactivity. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, half-day. **Salary:** * $12,000 to $13,000 monthly, depending on experience. * Grocery vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, 11650 Mexico City, CDMX and Magdalena Contreras Borough. *The company promotes equal opportunity and an inclusive environment.
