Position Summary: We are seeking a Mid/Sr Project Manager to lead digital projects focused on UX, Digital Transformation, and IT Development, ensuring end-to-end delivery with multidisciplinary teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage risks effectively We are looking for a **Mid/Sr Project Manager** to lead digital projects focused on **UX, Digital Transformation, and IT Development**. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring end\-to\-end delivery with multidisciplinary teams, anticipating risks and guaranteeing quality. Remote work in Mexico, full-time, intermediate–advanced English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead digital projects**, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality. * **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** (UX, Product, Dev, QA, Data). * **Identify risks and issues** and initiate corrective actions. * **Ensure deliverable quality** before handover to the client. * **Generate estimates** and support consultative proposals. * **Facilitate agile ceremonies** and coordinate QA/UAT. **Requirements:** * 3\+ years managing digital projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Proven experience in projects with a **UX component**. * Proficiency in scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and dependency management. * Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum/Kanban**, and tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project**. * Intermediate–advanced English. * Residency in Mexico and availability for occasional travel. Desirable (but not mandatory) qualifications: * Experience as a **Product Owner**, or close collaboration with a PO. * Projects in **web, mobile apps, e\-commerce**. * Understanding of UX and product metrics. * Certifications: **Scrum Master, CAPM, PMP, UX/Design Thinking**. **We Offer:** * Freelance engagement * 100% remote work * Monday–Friday schedule Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Digital project experience: How many years have you managed digital projects with multidisciplinary teams? * UX component: Have you worked on projects with a UX component?
