If you have experience operating machinery, managing personnel, and achieving production targets, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Operation of the production line * Personnel management * Achievement of production targets * Completion of daily logbooks * Validation of quality specifications * Inspection of equipment and raw materials * Attention to detail **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of machinery operation * Experience in personnel management * Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) * Understanding of the Master Production Schedule **Technical Skills:** * 5S * Product verification * Mathematical thinking * Analytical thinking **Interpersonal Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication **Offer** Salary based on experience, knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
