First-contact medical care for employees **Occupational Physician** **Base Location:** Vallejo, Mexico City **Company:** Staffing through Deli Life Wellness **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking an Occupational Physician with industrial experience, whose primary workplace will be Vallejo (Azcapotzalco, CDMX). The physician will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring occupational health services, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing first-contact medical care. Additionally, they will lead the ergonomics program and conduct job-specific ergonomic risk assessments. This role includes monthly supervision visits to other client work sites. **Work Sites** **Base Site (daily):** Vallejo – Poniente 148 No. 974, Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Monthly Visits:** Coyoacán – Escocia 44, Parque San Andrés, CDMX Tlalnepantla – Emiliano Zapata 201A, San Jerónimo Tepetlacalco, State of Mexico **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (degree and professional license) * Mandatory postgraduate diploma in Occupational Medicine * Master’s degree in Occupational Health or related field (preferred) * 4–5 years of industrial or occupational medicine services experience **Knowledge of:** * STPS regulations (especially NOM\-030 and NOM\-036\) * Use of ST\-7 and ST\-9 forms * Industrial safety and hygiene * Clinical records compliant with NOM\-004\-SSA * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint **Preferred:** * Availability for occasional travel **Responsibilities** * First-contact medical care for employees * Job-specific ergonomic risk analysis * Follow-up on work-related accidents and illnesses * Preparation and follow-up of ST\-7 and ST\-9 forms * Implementation and follow-up of the Annual Health Plan * Supervision of compliance with NOM\-030 and applicable regulations * Coordination with EHS and Human Resources departments * Preparation of medical and biostatistical reports * Supervision of first-aid kits, medications, and RPBI handling * Participation in internal and external audits **Offer** * Salary: $26,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Professional development in occupational health projects * Savings fund * Medical membership with discounts at laboratories and clinics * Gym subsidy * Accident insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term, Probationary period Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: $26,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Gym discount * Sick leave days * Employee referral program * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
