Job stability At Durol SA de CV, we are looking for a **Sheet Metal Engineer** with experience in metalworking processes and sheet metal manufacturing, focused on continuous improvement, process control, and supervision of personnel within the production area. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control sheet metal manufacturing processes. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and productivity targets. * Coordinate and manage operational personnel in the area. * Monitor machining and mechanical processing of parts. * Supervise laser cutting operations. * Validate sheet metal forming and shaping processes. * Monitor sheet metal bending processes. * Implement improvements in production flow and process optimization. * Identify and resolve deviations in metalworking processes. * Coordinate with engineering and production departments to ensure project execution. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the metalworking/manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of process control and improvement. * Experience managing personnel. * In-depth knowledge of metalworking. * Knowledge of machining and mechanical processing. * Experience in laser cutting. * Knowledge of sheet metal forming and bending. * Flexible working hours. * Results-oriented mindset, leadership skills, and problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunity. * Excellent work environment. * Job stability. **Work Location:** Aerojuárez Industrial Park, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
