We focus on delivering a high-quality, comfortable, and safe service, while simultaneously contributing to reducing urban vehicle traffic. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Safeguard human and physical resources en route by obtaining real-time route information and, in case of incidents, activating security protocols and addressing incidents to coordinate support. **Daily Responsibilities** * Provide dedicated tracking of vehicles and points to safeguard the integrity of customers, staff, and company assets * Important: **Experience in CCTV and GPS monitoring** * Immediately identify any situation that jeopardizes the safety of passengers, staff, and drivers * Validate vehicle positioning * Track vehicles from departure onward * Report on-route incidents promptly for each event * Record statuses and incidents in logbooks * Notify relevant events and/or risks * Correctly execute security protocols * Detect inappropriate driver behavior * Respond to alert events * Ensure operational processes are followed across all locations * Report alarms or detected alerts to immediate supervisor in real time **Requirements** **What Are We Looking for in Our Next Kolors Monitor?** * Completed high school diploma * Minimum one year of experience * Knowledge of monitoring platforms **Additional Information** **What Do We Offer for Joining the Kolors Family?** * Salary: $13,723.32 gross per month * Statutory benefits, effective from day one. * Fixed schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Enhanced benefits provided upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
