Job Summary: We are seeking a Yard Manager to ensure the operational efficiency of the fleet, supervising routes, adhering to schedules, and resolving incidents related to refrigerated transportation. We are committed to continuously pursuing excellence in all our services, with nationwide coverage and exports to the United States. *Job Objective:* Ensure the operational efficiency of the vehicle fleet by supervising and monitoring routes, schedule adherence, resolving incidents, and collaborating in the implementation of monitoring systems. *Responsibilities:* * **Traffic Flow Control:** Manage the entry, exit, and positioning of fifth-wheel trucks, trailers, and containers. * **Space Allocation:** Administer the placement of empty and loaded units to ensure order and availability. * **Personnel Management:** Supervise movers and operators, prioritizing urgent loading and unloading tasks. * **Incident Resolution:** Address delays, security anomalies, equipment shortages, or misplaced units. * **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure adherence to internal regulations, safety protocols, and company standards. Requirements: * Knowledge of vehicle performance metrics * Coordination with the yard team * Problem-solving skills * Maintain the **yard** clean, organized, and functional. * Equipment inventory and inspection * Control of unit entry and exit * Effective communication with direct supervisor and traffic personnel * Average monitoring of 25\-30 units * Telephone support for operators and movers * 3 years of experience as a yard mover or similar role involving fifth-wheel trucks * ***Work Location: Paso San Juan, Vargas, Ver.*** ***.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Yard Manager: 3 years (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
