Position Summary: We are seeking a Retail Collections Analyst to manage overdue accounts, reconcile payments, and administer invoices on retail portals. Key Highlights: 1. Payment and invoice administration on retail portals iQor Company, a provider of personnel management and administrative services, is looking for: **RETAIL COLLECTIONS ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in retail collections and billing * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Reconciliation of accounts and overdue portfolios. * Bank reconciliations. * Payment application. * Uploading and downloading invoices on retail portals. * Preparation of payment receipts. * Customer collections follow-up. * Payment administration. * Handling 200\-300 invoices weekly. **WE OFFER**: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 hrs. * Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month, pre-tax. * Monthly bonus: $2,000 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one. * Enhanced benefits from day one (Food vouchers: $850 MXN monthly; Life Insurance & Major Medical Expense Insurance) If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team as a **RETAIL COLLECTIONS ANALYST**, we invite you to submit your application!
