Key Responsibilities as a **Field Operations Instructor**: * Deliver courses in various formats (classroom, field, driving). * Administer assessment tools to evaluate driver performance. * Conduct driving tests in various scenarios (post-accident, promotion, and new hires). * Provide field mentoring for academic or operational drivers.
