Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Analyze online/batch transactional data and conduct a preliminary ruling to identify cases eligible or ineligible for dispute management. * Assign chargeback reason codes according to Visa/Mastercard manuals and the Domestic Interchange Agreement (DIA), based on the cardholder’s claim reason. * Analyze, track, and issue rulings on assigned cases. * Manage databases supporting analysis of information and rulings on received inquiries. * Prepare reports and performance indicators. * Provide/determine rulings (valid/invalid) within the established SLA. * Create dashboards in Power BI. * Execute SQL queries. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree * Years of experience: 1 year * Areas of expertise: Administrative / Engineering. * Required knowledge: Dispute case analysis (desirable), * * Languages: Basic English * Willingness to travel: No * Willingness to relocate: No *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
