**Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** Electromechanical engineering or related field Experience in facilities management, maintenance, and general services within corporate office environments Ensure efficient, safe, and continuous facility operations, maintaining high standards of internal and external customer service through proactive management of maintenance, vendors, security, cleaning, infrastructure, and operational compliance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer comprehensive site operations.  Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.  Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.  Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and specialized service vendors.  Ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs.  Implement continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.  Manage budgets and cost control.  Prepare executive reports and performance indicators.  Ensure compliance with safety and EHS regulations.  Support internal and external audits and inspections.  Maintain consistent communication with site clients and users.  Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.  Vendor and service contract management.  Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.  Budget administration.  Internal customer service.  Incident management and continuous improvement. **WE OFFER:** Gross monthly salary: $28,000 Statutory benefits After 3 months: Major medical expense insurance and life insurance Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work location: Río San Joaquín, Miguel Hidalgo **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Commercial Real Estate *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a1615764300003000bd76b7\&source\=indeed*
