Job Summary: Coordinate the receipt, filing, and delivery of official documentation to the client, manage project information, and ensure its field-level updates. Key Highlights: 1. We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **Document Controller** **Job Objective:** Coordinate the receipt, filing, and delivery of all official documentation to the client; manage project and subcontractor information at the site level, ensuring that field-used information remains up to date. **Primary Functions or Activities:** * Support in organizing and administering information generated during the project. * Support in receiving and reviewing project submittals. * Responsible for meeting minutes with internal and external clients. * Prepare weekly construction progress reports. * Support in tracking requests, deliveries, and receipt of project closeout information from all General Contractors. * Track issues related to subcontractors and suppliers on-site. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering Degree / Architecture Degree * English proficiency: Intermediate \- Advanced (capable of holding conversations and understanding documents) * \+1 year of administrative experience on construction sites * Knowledge of construction documentation processes * Proficiency in MS Project (desirable), AutoCAD, and Office **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits \+ Savings Fund * Profit-sharing * Training Program * Major medical insurance and life insurance after one year of service **Work Location:** * Hermosillo, Sonora * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) \- Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Apply through this channel; if your profile matches, we will contact you.
